Samenvatting

By combining available scientific knowledge on food safety hazards, new information collected in the project for hazards resulting from the use of side streams and knowledge rules for decision making, a Food Safety by Design framework will be developed for automated support for hazard identification in a structured, transparent, and reproducible way. In the framework both chemical and microbiological hazards will be provided to give input for HACCP evaluation in R&D.
