Upgrading of resilient AgriFood side streams by fermentative conversion in high-protein feed ingredients
Many different resilient Agrifood side streams are currently underutilized in feed by their low protein digestibility. WFBR, together with side stream owners from primary produce (Willems, Cefetra), feed (additive) manufactures (NuScience, Denkavit), covering the whole value chain, join forces to develop fermentation and downstream processing technology for better utilisation and valorisation of these potentially valuable side streams into high-protein ingredients with added value for feed.
